Wandsworth Home Refurbishment

A lot of detail went into this three-bedroom flat refurbishment in Wandsworth. We have done a full strip-out including demolition a stud wall in the kitchen to make it open plan. New kitchen was installed with a lovely quartz worktop and splashback. Full painting and decorating were carried out with a grey theme for the bedrooms and an off-white theme for the living room and hallway.

In the living room we have done a feature wall with niches in it as the client wanted to display some greenery in them. Each niche has a spotlight in it for the extra touch. We have installed underfloor heating throughout the whole flat. We have installed a beautiful herringbone oak flooring in the living room and hallway and in the bedrooms, we have carpeted them.

Two full bathroom refurbishments were carried out, each with a unique design. We have done new plumbing and installed underfloor heating. We have also created niches in the bathrooms for that extra storage.

There was a large amount of bespoke joinery carried out in this project by our sister company Yasmeen Joinery. A large bespoke bedroom wardrobe was done for the master bedroom with ample of storage as well as a make-up bench. In addition, two bedside tables were done with matching colour. We have created a wall hung shoe cabinet in the entrance. We have also manufactured and installed two closets in the other two bedrooms. We have designed and installed French panelling throughout the whole property. This has enhanced the look and feel of the house by a mile.
