Yasmeen Property Services
Yasmeen Property Services is a premium building firm based in Northwest London. We specialise in residential and commercial design and build, refurbishments, and maintenance. As building contractors in London, we carry out all kinds of building works from painting jobs to full home refurbishments and extensions. We have completed all kinds of work from restaurant and office fit-outs to home design and build.
Our diverse team of experts from electricians, plumbers, painters, tilers and more will ensure the highest quality finish is delivered for your project.
In conjunction with our building services, we provide a bespoke joinery service through our sister company Yasmeen Joinery, where we manufacture high-end products from wardrobes, kitchens and more all in-house in our state of the art workshop in Park Royal, NW10.
Most recently, we are expanding on our management services and are now offering full estate agency services in central London. Our services include sales, lettings, property management, property acquisitions and more.
YPS is part of Yasmeen Investment’s group of companies. Along with our sister companies we provide a one-stop shop for anything property related.

With several strict policies and procedures in place, as well as dedicated health and safety officers, we are continuously working to ensure the safety of our employees, clients, and the public. We have appointed a third-party health and safety consultants – Rhino Safety. We have been working closely together for more than a year.
