The Dash - Car Wash

A large-scale building project was undertaken to transform an old warehouse into a modern supercar car wash called The Dash. The first stage was demolition, and there was a lot of things to demolish from walls, flooring and more. We then had to do a lot of structural works to create an extension and reinforce certain areas with steel beams and columns.

Lots of drainage work was required since this was a car wash at the end of the day. We dug channels all through the flooring and had to dig deep in the floor to put two tanks to clean the water from oil and contaminates.

Other major works were carried out from IT and electrical work, we. Installed lots of signage and LED strips. We also installed a black brick-like cladding on the walls. A lounge area was created with glass walls surrounding it. We tiled the floor and created a bespoke bar.

Lots of detail and time went into this project but the end result was well worth it.
