Shop Fit-Out - Al Dimashqi

Yasmeen Property Services was the main contractor for this supermarket fitout in High Street Kensington. This was a large and complex project that took a lot of effort, but the result was well worth it. As the main contractor, we oversaw the whole project from the design to the build.

All new electrical wiring was carried out as well as installation of new fuse boxes. Most of the work consisted of custom and bespoke items, such as the check-out counter upstairs and the large bar area downstairs.

This fitout involved a large amount of joinery works, which was all carried out by our sister company Yasmeen Joinery. On the ground floor, we did box partitions along the full length of the wall so that the commercial fridges can fit right in them. We then covered them with wooden cladding and added storage on top of the whole row of fridges. This added a practical storage so that the client can move items from the storage above directly to the fridges below. We also designed and built a bespoke display and till at the entrance with glass shelving and LED lights. In the middle there were wooden boxes with LED strips on the edges and inside these boxes were commercial shelving. Downstairs, we continued with the LED boxes and shelving and had a large bar with a wonderful marble worktop fitted. Under the counter and behind the counter we manufactured and installed cupboards.

After our fitout, the client was able to showcase a modern and vibrant supermarket in the heart of Kensington.
