Mayfair Home Refurbishment

A home refurbishment for a two-bedroom flat located in the heart of Mayfair. This was not a full refurbishment as we did not touch the kitchen and bathrooms. However, everything else we have redone. We have painted and decorated the entire flat.

We have replaced the carpet throughout the property and ordered blinds that matched the champagne-like colour of the carpet. A false ceiling was done in the entrance and hallway. Allowing us to install spotlights and an LED strip. We have also added a false ceiling border in the bedrooms to install spotlights.

A large amount of effort and detail went into the feature wall in the living room. We have installed two beautiful Onyx slabs on the wall with mirrors on either side. Vertical LED strips were laid along with two lamps which enhanced the look of the feature wall.

All the bespoke joinery done in the refurbishment was carried out by our sister company Yasmeen Joinery. They have designed and installed the French Panelling on the walls. This was done in all the rooms and added a great touch of elegance to the property. As a bespoke joinery manufacturer, Yasmeen Joinery installed a custom wardrobe in the master bedroom. It was a great addition to the master bedroom as it had ample storage, had two bedside tables built in with charging ports and looked great.
