Garage Conversion

Yasmeen Property Services transformed this garage into a luxury home gym in St Johns Wood. The client wanted a high-end modern gym fitted with all the options he required.

The garage roof was leaking, so we removed and installed a brand-new roof. We then damp-proofed the whole garage, insulated and installed plasterboard. We have installed plaster-in LED lights in the walls and ceiling. The client wanted a modern design to be done including having the letter ‘M’ on the wall. All the LED lights are colour changing and can be controlled via a remote.

Being able to make use of every area in this small room was essential. We have installed electrical sockets in the ground underneath the cardio machines. This meant that all three cardio machines had a socket underneath them which prevented having cables running to the wall and causing a trip-hazard.

We have levelled the floor and installed rubber gym tiles. The client wanted a grey theme, so we had the floor in black and the walls painted in a light grey. We have supplied three large window panels covering most of one of the walls, which made the gym much grander and more spacious.

In terms of AV, we have gone all out for the client. From having internet access to a surround sound speaker system, we have done it all.

From a rusty and leaking car garage into a fully specked luxury modern home gym.
