Brent Home Refurbishment

We got a call from this client after a leak in the top floor caused havoc in the property. This property was for a landlord who rents it out and wants it to be renter friendly. We modernised the 3-bed house and made it a great home for any future tenant.

All three bathrooms were completely redone. We replaced all the toilet furniture as well as adding a spray douche in every bathroom. We tiled the floors and walls in all bathrooms as previously only the floor was tiled along with half of the walls.

Before, there was only one chandelier in each bedroom and few spotlights in the kitchen and bathrooms. We enhanced the lighting in the house by adding spotlights in all the rooms and in the hallways.

We installed new laminate wooden flooring as well as tiling the kitchen floor. Finally full painting and decorating was carried, and the walls were painted in a Jasmine White colour.

The property got the modernisation it deserved.
