Are you insured and certified to carry out large projects?

Of course, here at Yasmeen Property Services, we have public liability insurance up to £5 million, employers’ liability insurance up to £10m and professional indemnity insurance up to £250k.

Do you have any accreditations?

Indeed, we do. We are members of the Federation of Master Builders, Trust Mark and Considerate Constructor Scheme. Being an accredited member, means that we have regular site and office inspections from the respective bodies to ensure our work and services are up to standard.

Can you do plumbing and electrical work?

Yes, YPS has a team of gas and electrical engineers that we work close with. Our gas engineers are Gas Safe certified, and our electrical engineers are NICEIC certified. We can provide all certificates to you upon request.

What if I want to change something halfway through a project?

No problem, we will be more than happy to accommodate your needs. We will draw up new plans and give you a new quote to reflect the changes you want done.

Do you offer any guarantees?

Yes, YPS offers a labour guarantee for one year. This will cover any faulty craftsmanship and errors made by our workers and will be valid for 12 months from completion date. Our insurers must be able to inspect our work to assess the faulty situation.

Will my furniture be protected?

Yes, we will always make sure that all your furniture is properly covered so that they don’t get dirty during the process.

Do you remove all waste and clear up after yourself?

Yes, YPS will make sure all waste is removed from the site. If skips are required, then the cost of these will be detailed in the quote. We will clean up after ourselves to a practicable extent at the end of each day.

Is there any charge for a quote or site visit?

No, YPS will provide a free quote along with a free consultation where we meet with you, discuss your plans, and get a chance to view the property.

Can you do work while I am living in the house? 

Of course, we can accommodate all your needs while carrying out a refurbishment. We will plan for this in advance with you to ensure maximum comfort for yourself, but this is something we have done before with no problem.

Of course, you can have a look at our Projects page to view some of our work. You can also get in touch with us and we can arrange access to some of our completed jobs whether it is one of our residential or commercial refurbishments.

How do we start the process if I choose to hire you?

To begin, simply contact us to schedule a free consultation. During this meeting, we will discuss your project in detail, understand your requirements, and answer any questions you may have. Following this, we will provide you with a detailed proposal and quote. Once this quote is agreed we will draw up a contract, put a timeline for the project and produce any conceptual or architectural designs needed, then begin the building work.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, checks, and major credit cards. Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in our contract to ensure clarity and mutual agreement.
