Short Let
A short let is any residential tenancy under six months. The property is usually let out with all bills included from utility bills, internet to council tax. The property will also be furnished and have basic kitchenware, television, bed/bath linen etc.

We carry out detailed tenant referencing to make sure no issues arise later. Once the tenancy begins, our property managers are very hand on and responsive. Vacant Property Management
Leaving your property unattended for an extended period is risky and may end up costing you. With our vacant property management, you can rest assured that your property is in safe hands.
Your dedicated property manager will inspect your property regularly and provide an inspection report along with photographs and video, whether you want this done weekly or monthly. Any maintenance that your property requires will be carried out by our in-house team.
Furthermore, we can carry out light or deep clean weekly, monthly or as many times as you want. We also pay any payments you want on your behalf and collect and forward post to you.
