We provide you with mood boards to help you pick out the finishes and materials you want for each room. You can also visit our showroom where you get to see a large selection of stones, glasses and more. Based on your selections, the finish and fittings drawings will be provided.

At YPS, our design team provides architectural services to either renovate your current home or a build a new home of your dream, whether you want it to be achieved at a modest or luxurious standard.
Our architectural team will help you from the start with developing and creating your ideas to its completion. This begins with sketches of your ideas to detailed drawings to the development of 3D models. Afterwards, scaled elevation drawings and floor-plans along with structural drawings will be drawn up to support the planning application process.
We will handle this tedious process for you by providing all the documentation that is required by the building regulations highlighting the health and safety measures of the build and submitting the application. We will continue to monitor the process and amend any details required by the council. Furthermore, detailed description of the materials and fittings along with completion drawings will provide you with an insight of the final appearance of your dream home.
Also, our architectural team and on-site team will be working hand-in-hand to ensure that any changes you want are reflected in the updated drawings.
